Contingency Plan

The Employment Business has in place a contingency plan that is in place in the event of a crisis developing. An example would be where a normal care plan cannot be delivered to a Service User in their own home, as the Temporary Worker is off sick.

The Employment Business is contactable 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week and there are consultants available to deal with any crisis as it may arise. The Employment Business has a of qualified nurses and care assistants and will endeavour to ensure that the position is refilled with a suitable Temporary Worker as soon as practical.

It is therefore vital that Temporary Workers provide the Employment Business with as much no-­‐ tice as possible of any event that may cause them to be late or unable to attend.
